The list below shows the events we have
planned for the next few months. The closer we are to an event, the
more detail you will find. Check out our Club Magazine for additional
information. You will also normally find flyers for the events on the
counter at our trade supporters premises. All events are open to
members and to non members alike. If you run a VW or are in to VWs we
would love to see you.

VolksFest, Todd Street. Yes, after many years at Glenelg, it
is time to try a new venue. Port Adelaide Enfield Council have made the
Todd Street venue available and this popular site in the centre of the
resurgent Pt Adelaide precinct promises great facilities and a big
crowd . Don't forget to mark the
event on your calendar now so you don't double book!! Fri 28th: Cruise
night. Sat 29th: Club Dinner, Lobethal Bierhaus. Sun 30th: Show &
Shine

NOTE: From time to
time we have themed runs (e.g. the Karmann Cruise). The theme is purely
to give us a focus and encourage people with that type of car to bring
them out for the day. However our runs are open to all VWs. And
if your VW is off the road, feel free to join us in your daily ride -
we may make you stay at the back of the pack though!!! Non-members are
also welcome to join us on a run - it's a great way of finding out more
about the club scene!
Where do runs
start: Most runs start from "Plane Tree Dve". Note that this is the
car park on Hackney Rd between the Plane Tree Dve entrance and
exit, not Plane Tree Dve itself (yes its confusing, but the car park
does not have a name). If you turn off Hackney Rd at the Botanic Dve
Entrance, turn right
straight away into the car park which runs parallel to Hackney Rd (you
will see a row of grape vines growing along the front of the car park).
If a
run is starting from another location, it will be listed in the event
details shown above
