By-Law # 3: The Klub Kombi
This section is from the By-Laws and it is proposed to be added to the constitution. This will help to ensure that Klub Kombi is protected by the rights of the members as it will require a vote from the membership before any actions may be taken.
5 DEFINITION OF A VOLKSWAGEN:
The Club acknowledges any vehicle that is powered by any engine that is manufactured by the Volkswagen Companies, VW Group, past present or future, or contains engine components based on original Volkswagen designs or faithfully represents the Volkswagen marque.
6 MEMBERSHIP
b) A person directly related to a Full Member and residing at the same address, may become a Joint Member on payment of one half of the annual membership subscription. The Joint Member is not entitled to vote or receive a regular printed copy of the magazine. Current family members will continue to retain their current rights.

c) A person may become an Associate Member with a discount of $10.00 on the Full Membership fee. An Associate Member shall be able to apply for the Conditional Registration Scheme but will not be eligible to vote or stand for Committee positions or receive printed copies of the club magazine.
17 Meetings
a) General meetings will be held at a time determined by the committee and the membership informed accordingly, on the first Wednesday of each month at a venue to be decided upon by a General Meeting and agreed on by the majority.
