Northern Exposure - Explore the Flinders Ranges
Big change due to the flooding.
Note: There are no more places available to participate in this event.
The following information is only to provide some insight into the planned itinerary.
Day 1.
Depart Saturday the 17th of May from the Cavan Hotel, Port Wakefield Rd Cavan 8.15 am for an 9.00 am departure,
Travel and stay at Stoney Creek Bush Camp Wilmington.
The camp ground with fire pit, tables and fence around it is booked for us, Pay when we arrive
Day 2.
Sun 18th Depart 8.30 am Wilmington to Mt Little Station (Hawker)
Re-fuel at Hawker
Buy any Food requirements at Quorn. We have Booked a camp area for our group, Camping we pay on arrival.
Day 3.
Mon 19th Depart at 8.30 am For Rawnsley Park camping and accommodation.
Petrol is at Wilpena.
We have Booked an Unpowered area, 19th and 20th May 2 nights .
Day 4.
Tue. 20th Depart at 8.30 Explore Stay at Rawnsley Park again.
Day 5.
Wed 21st Depart at 8.30 am for Angorichina Village in Parachilna Gorge Camping and
Cabins. Also has Petrol, Small shop, Camp Kitchen
Camping pay on arrival
Day 6.
Thurs 22nd Depart 8.30 for touring Artimore Ruins Track. Stay at Angorichina Village again
Day 7.
Fri 23rd Depart 8.30 am for Peterborough.
Travel to Peterborough Stay at the Caravan Park, Camping and Cabins.
A Dinner has been organised.
Day 8.
Sat 24th Depart at 8.30 am Peterborough and Explore Hammond and Stay at
Melrose Show Grounds. Camping only.
Day 9.
Sun 25th 8.30 am depart for Adelaide

Time: 11:00 to 14:00
Location: Adelaide Hills Toyota - 57 Adelaide Rd, Mount Barker SA 5251
In order to be eligible for Historic Registration, you are required to be a financial member of the club. On this day, it gives you an opportunity to pay your membership and have your log book stamped.
PLEASE NOTE:
All full members are eligible for our new membership type - Associate member, which is set at $50 per year, ($10 discount).
Associate membership gives you full access to historic registration, but you do not get a hard copy of the magazine, and you are not eligible to vote at the AGM.
Access to the club magazine is still available online or via email.

Automotive Show
Letting fellow VW Enthusiasts know about a show coming up at the end of August.
Held at Wirrabara Oval in South Australia's Mid North, we have moved Last Sunday Of Summer from February and changed it to Last Sunday Of Winter on August 31st.
This is a day for everything automotive, Shiny or Patina, Restored, Revived, Rodded or Stock, big dollar or dragged out of a paddock, we don't care.
It's a day to appreciate everything on wheels, big, little, two, three, four or more. (We even dare you to bring along a unicycle!)
Food and drinks available thanks to the Wirrabara Community Group.

Victor Harbor Rock 'n' Roll Festival
September 19-21 2025 will see Victor Harbor transform
into a celebration of community, culture and chrome
as the 2025 Rock 'N' Roll Festival paints the town pink.
We've got live music across two stages, curated market stalls, rockin’ memorabilia, new and pre-loved fashion, delicious treats, and – of course – the region’s biggest and brightest display of vintage and classic vehicles.
Whether you love your old-school cars, or prefer a little two-wheeled action, the Rock ‘N’ Roll Festival has you covered. Last year we had more than 300 vehicles registered, and that’s not even including the stunning collection that took part in the Royal Enfield One Ride on Sunday!
