Volksfest Volunteer Roster
VECSA members! We need your help at Volksfest 2023 (Sunday 26 November 2023). Can you please spare 1 hour of your time at Volksfest to assist with the smooth running of the day? We need assistance in the areas of marshalling of cars, cooking the BBQ, serving food and drinks, preparing coffee and assisting with merchandise sales. You won’t be left on your own! - more experienced VECSA members will be with you to assist.
Just add your name, email address and phone number on the form below for your chosen task and time and you will be contacted before Volksfest to confirm your time slot. Here’s an opportunity to make a substantial and useful contribution to the running of Volksfest.
And… for the first 15 members who volunteer (and show up for their rostered time!), there may be a unique acknowledgment for your contribution to this club’s premier event!
