VECSA members!

We need your help at Volksfest 2025 (Saturday 22 November 2025). 

Can you please spare 30 minutes of your time at Volksfest to assist with the smooth running of the event? We need assistance in the areas of marshalling of cars, preparing coffee, setting up, packing up, Photo Booth and assisting with merchandise sales.   You won’t be left on your own! - more experienced VECSA members will be with you to assist.

Just complete the on-line form and you will be contacted before Volksfest to confirm your time slot.  Here’s an opportunity to make a substantial and useful contribution to the running of Volksfest.

And… for the first 15 members who volunteer (and show up for their rostered time!), there may be a unique acknowledgment for your contribution to this club’s premier event!
